Bear Wolf Rattery is my hobby, and my passion. I breed only one to two litters at a time, so that I can devote plenty of time and energy to the babies. I handle each and every kitten three times a day from the moment they are born. This promotes a well socialized rat that wants, and expects to be held and played with. I breed for temperment and health. That is my top, number one priority. Color and markings are just a bonus for me. I am lucky to have wonderful gene lines that never disappoint in either color or markings, but especially never in the temperment department. :0) All of my rats are pedigreed to the best of my knowledge, and are first and formost my pets.The colors that my rattery features are:

Adoption fees!
Breeding rats is my Hobby, I say this because no matter how many rats I place, I never make any money. The small fee that I charge is first of all to make sure that noone will purchase my rats as snake food. Second, to stay competitive with other breeders in the area, and third, all adoption fees go straight back to my Rattery. Paying for quality food, proper bedding, cage upgrades, and vet bills is not cheap! I could sell my rats for triple what I do, and still never make a profit! :0) So you ask "Why?" I love making babies! Watching this little pink wiggly thing grow up into a beautiful, well socialized, sweet tempered rat with its own personality is so well worth it.
These are my fees:
20.00 /hairless rat and it must go home in a same sex pair with a furry sibling
17.50 for furry friend for Hairless
35.00/same sex furry pair
15.00/each additional same sex furry rat
*Additional fees may apply if you are planning on breeding my rats.
I also require a small deposit. This is due to the many times I have put a rat on hold for somebody, and they never come and get the rat. So I have lost out on selling it to someone else who was very interested. The deposit is nonrefundable, (unless unforseen circumstances occur, at no fault of the adopters) and is 5.00 per rat payable through paypal.com. Use my E-mail address, rtwogood@hot.rr.com

I reserve the the right to deny adoption at ANY time, even if a deposit has been made, in which case your deposit WILL be refunded. |

R.A.T. RMCA Southwest chapter.
I am a member of this club and participated in the last show in October where Harley-D won Best in Show. This April 12, 2003, I went to the show, and HarleyDavisons son, Sterling J. took Best in Show!We are very proud of him, and plan on continuing this great winning line very soon! Keep checking back to see when, and remember to place your self on the waiting list for these great babies, as it is filling up fast! :0)
